Baseball Recap: Littleton's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak at Home

Littleton hadn't done well against Standley Lake recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Lions had just enough and edged out the Gators 13-12. With that win, the Lions brought their scoring average up to 6.7 runs per game.

Littleton got a massive performance out of Wyatt Alexander, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one double. Those three RBI gave Alexander a new career-high. Steve Dominguez IV also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Littleton's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-9. As for Standley Lake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.
