Thomas Jefferson fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against North Pocono on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 8-7. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Morgan Alisesky was cooking despite her team's loss, going 4-for-5 with one home run, three stolen bases, and four RBI. Sophie Janosko was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Meanwhile, Trinity had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came out on top against the Highlanders by a score of 7-3.

The win got Trinity back to even at 3-3. As for Thomas Jefferson, they now have a losing record of 5-6.
