Baseball Game Preview: Spanish River Sharks vs. Boca Raton Bobcats

Spanish River hasn't had much luck against Boca Raton recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Sharks will face off against the Bobcats at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Spanish River is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Thursday. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-5 heartbreaker at the hands of American Heritage.

Sean Beaulieu made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Meanwhile, Boca Raton came up short against Saint Andrew's on Thursday and fell 10-7. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aidan Donnelly was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run was his first of the season.

Spanish River's record now sits at 13-12. As for Boca Raton, their record is now 5-20.

Spanish River couldn't quite get it done against Boca Raton in their previous meeting back in March as they fell 9-4. Can the Sharks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
