Reese had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 62-51 victory over the Vassar Vulcans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 70-59 back in January.

Vassar's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Austin Long, who went 6 for 13 en route to 18 points and six assists. The contest was Long's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Bryce Brown, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 12 points along with six boards and four steals.

Reese's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Vassar, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.
