Needham kept a clean sheet against Milton on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wildcats, sneaking past 1-0. Given Needham's advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 13th, while Milton are ranked 164th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
