Baseball Recap: Buckhorn Wildcats vs. Leslie County Eagles
Buckhorn lost against Leslie County back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Buckhorn lost 16-4 to Leslie County. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brayden Campbell was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of Buckhorn's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 3-1 (and 0-3 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Parker Mayhew, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one RBI.
