Softball Recap: Brighton Cardinals vs. Covington Chargers
While Brighton's victory against Covington wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cardinals had just enough and edged out the Chargers 8-7 on Tuesday. The Cardinals haven't had any issues with the Chargers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.
Kaitlyn Chapman was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-2. Braeley Lopez was another key player, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.
