Cypress Ranch's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Cypress Lakes, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.

Cypress Lakes' pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Cypress Ranch hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .354. It's a different story for Cypress Lakes, though, as they've only averaged .208. Will they be able to contain Cypress Ranch's hitters?

Everything went Cypress Ranch's way against Cypress Lakes when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Cypress Ranch made off with a 15-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cypress Ranch since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
