Softball Recap: Miramar Takes a Loss

Miramar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 19-4 to the Flanagan Falcons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Patriots of the 16-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

Miramar's record is now 0-3. As for Flanagan, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miramar will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Everglades at 4:00 p.m. on March 20th. As for Flanagan, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Cypress Bay at 6:00 p.m.
