Switzerland County took a 13-run loss the last time they faced off against Jac-Cen-Del, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Pacers had just enough and edged out the Eagles 5-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pacers.

Bri Stow made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over seven innings pitched. Stow was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Macy Cook was excellent, going 1-for-3 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Switzerland County's win bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Jac-Cen-Del, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Switzerland County will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
