Harrison waltzed into their game on Tuesday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They came out on top against the Eastchester Eagles by a score of 6-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-4 two weeks ago.

Madison Miller spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on five hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Olivia Vasti, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was AlexiA CozzAli, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Harrison's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-2. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Eastchester, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-6.

Harrison and Eastchester should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New York Rankings. The Huskies will square off against Pelham Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (25 vs. 581). Meanwhile, Eastchester (ranked 143rd) will meet Byram Hills (ranked 322nd) at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
