Baseball Game Preview: Lakes Lancers vs. Lincoln Abes

Lakes is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Lincoln a 13-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Lakes Lancers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lincoln Abes at 4:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Lakes lost 10-3 to Central Kitsap on Friday.

Lakes saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carlos Gabriel Serrano, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Lincoln came up short against Capital on Friday, falling 12-2. That's two games in a row now that the Abes have lost by exactly ten runs.

Lakes' defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 0-17.

Everything went Lakes' way against Lincoln in their previous meeting back in March, as Lakes made off with a 12-4 victory. Will the Lancers repeat their success, or do the Abes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
