Volleyball Recap: Lee Williams Find Success

Lee Williams won the last time they faced Williams and things went their way on Saturday too. The Volunteers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Vikings. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Volunteers.

Kennedy England paced Lee Williams' offense, picking up eight kills. England got some help from Charli King and her 11 assists.

Several Vikings players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Audrina Baldwin, who had 17 digs and two aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenzie Orozco, who had 12 digs and two assists.

Lee Williams' victory bumped their record up to 18-12. As for Williams, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-10 record this season.

Lee Williams has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Willcox on the 11th. As for Williams, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Mogollon on the 14th.
