Volleyball Recap: Conneaut Area Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Conneaut Area can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Fairview Tigers on Thursday. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

Conneaut Area has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-10-4 record this season. As for Fairview, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-8-1.

As of now, neither Conneaut Area nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
