Soccer Recap: Atlantic Comes Up Short

Atlantic lost against Pine Ridge back in November, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Atlantic Sharks took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pine Ridge Panthers. The shutout was out of character for the Sharks seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in November.

Atlantic is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6. As for Pine Ridge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-4.

Atlantic didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-2 draw against Father Lopez on the 11th. As for Pine Ridge, they will head out to square off against University at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
