Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Palo Verde). They never let the Santa Rita Eagles get on the board and left with a 77-0 victory on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Titans sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Jackson Tyson, who rushed for 23 yards and one score, and also threw for 70 yards and one touchdown on only five passes. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (143.8).

Tyson was just one part of a punishing run game: Palo Verde was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 256 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 214 rushing yards in four consecutive contests.

Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 15 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Kameron Pippen, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Palo Verde's record is now 5-3. As for Santa Rita, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Palo Verde will challenge Bisbee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Santa Rita, they will face off against San Carlos at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Braves' defense has only allowed 13.1 points per game this season, so the Eagles' offense will have their work cut out for them.
