Volleyball Recap: Delano Tigers vs. Byron Bears
Delano put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Byron Bears. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2023.

Delano was led to victory by Alexis Champeau and Riley Matthiowetz. Champeau had six digs and two aces, while Matthiowetz had three digs and ten assists. Champeau is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 11 or more in the last 12 games she's played dating back to last season.
Byron's loss came despite strong showings from Paige Cronk and Addison Johnson. Cronk had six digs and 14 assists, while Johnson had five digs.
Delano's win bumped their record up to 13-0. As for Byron, their loss dropped their record down to 7-2.
Delano is on the road again on Saturday to play St. Peter at 2:00 p.m. St. Peter will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Delano surely won't give up without a fight.
