Basketball Recap: Otsego Takes a Loss

Otsego was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They were beaten by the Genoa Area Comets 52-23. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 654th, while the Comets are ranked 148th).

Otsego's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Genoa Area, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-5.

As of now, neither Otsego nor Genoa Area have any future games scheduled.
