Volleyball Recap: Delta Triumphs

While Delta's win against Jay County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles won by a set and slipped past the Patriots 3-2. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Delta was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-15, 18-25, 25-22, 15-10.

Maycee Ramsey was nothing short of spectacular: she had 21 digs and one assist. She has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last five times she's played.

Delta's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Jay County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Delta will take on Yorktown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jay County, they will face off against Winchester Community at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
