Volleyball Recap: Jal Triumphs

Jal won the last time they faced Dora and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Coyotes. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Jal had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-17, 25-16, 25-13.

The victory got Jal back to even at 2-2. As for Dora, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jal will take on New Mexico Military Institute at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dora, they will square off against Grady at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
