Soccer Recap: Rubidoux Comes Up Short

Rubidoux was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Norte Vista Braves, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 971st, while the Braves are ranked 348th).

Rubidoux's loss dropped their record down to 1-9-1. As for Norte Vista, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rubidoux will host Ramona at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Norte Vista, they will be playing at home against La Sierra at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
