Softball Recap: Blair-Taylor Takes a Loss

The Blair-Taylor Wildcats came up short against the Almond-Bancroft Eagles on Saturday and fell 9-5. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Blair-Taylor now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Almond-Bancroft, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Blair-Taylor will square off against Prescott at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cardinals' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Almond-Bancroft, they will challenge Pacelli at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cardinals will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
