Volleyball Recap: Owensboro Catholic Takes a Loss

After flying high against Muhlenberg County last Thursday, Owensboro Catholic came back down to earth. The Aces came up short against the West Jessamine Colts on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Aces were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Colts apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2017.

Owensboro Catholic has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 19-13 record this season. As for West Jessamine, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-11.

Looking ahead, Owensboro Catholic will square off against Central Hardin at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. West Jessamine does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
