Pickerington Central entered their tilt with Lincoln on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 8-7 W against the Lions. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 9-4 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Cameron Green was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Cole Metz, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

The win got Pickerington Central back to even at 10-10-1. As for Lincoln, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-10 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pickerington Central will face off against Upper Arlington at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
