Volleyball Recap: Augusta's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home + How To Watch

Augusta was the 2-0 winner over Nicholas County when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell just short of the Bluejackets by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday.

Augusta's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-6. As for Nicholas County, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Augusta will welcome Powell County at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Nicholas County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pendleton County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
