Baseball Recap: Medway Comes Up Short

Medway lost against Dedham back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Marauders by a score of 7-6. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jason Bedard made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI. Garrett OMara also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Medway's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Dedham, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-6.

Medway wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 13-3 win against Medfield on the 8th. As for Dedham, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Norwood on the 8th.
