Softball Recap: Lowry Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lowry can now relate to. They came up short against the Pahrump Valley Trojans on Saturday, falling 12-1. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Buckaroos, who until this contest were averaging 3.68 runs allowed.

Lowry saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adalyn Entwistle, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

The defeat snapped Lowry's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 31-7 record. As for Pahrump Valley, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 33-9.
