The biggest upset of the week belonged to Jefferson West, who took down 47th ranked Hiawatha, 21-16.

Perry-Lecompton was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from ninth to sixth in Big Seven. Earlier in the week, the Kaws triumphed over Sabetha 25-6.

Caleb Meyer and Devin Henry gave Nemaha Valley a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Meyer threw for 131 yards and 2 touchdowns, while Henry ran for 121 yards. Tristan Allen also contributed to the rushing game with 45 yards on the ground.

Meyer and Henry gave the Raiders a balanced attack in passing and rushing last week.

Henry was the best running back in the league this week.

Weston Gloss was a passing and rushing force as Santa Fe Trail fell to Holton. He completed 12 passes for 188 yards and also ran for 2 yards. Gloss' favorite target this week was Tyler Mundy, who caught 7 passes for 112 yards.

Meyer put up the best numbers in passing as Nemaha Valley beat Royal Valley. Meyer's favorite target this week was Zach Bradley, who caught 5 passes for 60 yards.

Mundy was the best receiver in the league this week as the Chargers fell to the Wildcats. Cody Vandevord helped Santa Fe Trail's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 64 yards.

Santa Fe Trail's Gloss and Mundy have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Big Seven in both passing and receiving yards. 6-2 quarterback Gloss has thrown for 340 yards this season, while Mundy has 13 catches for 242 yards. Kyle Chew from Atchison County leads the league in rushing with 256 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Warren Seitz's team takes on the Tigers. At the moment, the Raiders are in second, while Jefferson West is in third.

Jayson Duncan's team lost to Holton 56-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Gloss was a bright spot for the Chargers, as he in the defeat.
