Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Abernathy). They blew past the Ralls Jackrabbits, posting a 94-11 victory. Given the Antelopes' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 575th, while the Jackrabbits are ranked 1491st), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Abernathy is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 15-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.9 points per game. As for Ralls, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

Coincidentally, Abernathy and Ralls will both be playing Post the next time they take the court. Abernathy will host Post at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Ralls will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st.
