Football Recap: Grovetown Warriors vs. Evans Knights
Thursday just wasn't the day for Grovetown's offense. They fell 13-0 to the Evans Knights on Thursday. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Grovetown's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Evans, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
Grovetown is on the road again on Tuesday to play Lakeside at 4:00 p.m. Grovetown is facing Lakeside at the right time seeing as Lakeside is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Evans, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 34-0 win against Harlem on the 7th.
