Volleyball Recap: Mt. Vernon Comes Up Short

Mt. Vernon was the 2-0 winner over Woodlawn when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Rams fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Mt. Vernon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Woodlawn, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Mt. Vernon has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Cisne on the 30th. As for Woodlawn, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against North Clay on the 30th.
