Basketball Game Preview: Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots vs. Atlanta International Eagles

The Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots will face off against the Atlanta International Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Mount Pisgah Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.

Last Tuesday, Mount Pisgah Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Galloway, but they still walked away with a 64-59 victory.

Meanwhile, Atlanta International was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss. They had to suffer through a 89-39 loss at the hands of Business Engineering Science Tech. While losing is never fun, Atlanta International can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 555th, while Business Engineering Science Tech is ranked 92nd).

Mount Pisgah Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-18. As for Atlanta International, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-22.

Everything came up roses for Mount Pisgah Christian against Atlanta International when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 96-34 victory.
