Jay County had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They breezed by the Blackford Bruins on the road to the tune of 49-0 on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Patriots as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.
