For the second straight game, Clearfield will face off against Olympus. The Falcons will square off against the Titans at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Clearfield is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.3 runs per game this season.

Clearfield heads in on the heels of a playoff game on Thursday. They took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of Olympus. The Falcons' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

For Olympus' part, Charlie Turner spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and two unearned) runs on eight hits. Turner has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 18 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Adi Comer was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Allisson Robles, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI.

The victory (which was Olympus' 15th in a row) raised their record to 20-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.6 runs over those games. As for Clearfield, their loss dropped their record down to 15-9.
