Basketball Recap: Mason Pagel's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Chilton over Mishicot + How To Watch

Chilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 57-47 to the Mishicot Indians. Tigers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Indians since Monday.

Chilton's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mason Pagel, who went 6-for-7 on his way to 16 points and four steals. Bennett Geiser was another key player, putting up ten points.

Chilton's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mishicot, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Chilton and Mishicot will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Tigers are set to face off against their familiar foe New Holstein at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Mishicot will take on rival Howards Grove at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
