The Highlands Ranch Falcons will challenge the Legacy Lightning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
Highlands Ranch came up short against Legend on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Falcons have struggled against the Titans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Highlands Ranch was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-22, 25-14.

Despite the defeat, Highlands Ranch had strong showings from Ava Buckley, who had ten digs and one assist, and Ezra McGinnis, who had nine assists and four digs. Buckley is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last five games she's played.
Meanwhile, Legacy had already won 13 in a row and they went ahead and made it 14 on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win.
The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Legacy was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-14, 25-12.
Highlands Ranch better focus on containing Claire Tsai and Emma Gray as the pair were huge in Legacy's win. Tsai had 15 digs, while Gray had ten digs and four aces.
Legacy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in 19 consecutive matches.
Highlands Ranch's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Legacy, their victory bumped their record up to 18-3.

However, it's not like Legacy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 10.8 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
