Masyn Zahursky commands the offense for Titans win

Recap: Berea-Midpark Titans vs. North Ridgeville Rangers

There's no place like home for the Berea-Midpark Titans, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Tuesday. They snuck past North Ridgeville with a 63-58 victory on Friday. Given Berea-Midpark's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 122nd, while North Ridgeville is ranked 262nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Berea-Midpark's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Masyn Zahursky, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and two blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan (diggy) Maddox, who scored 11 points along with two steals.

Berea-Midpark's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for North Ridgeville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-9.

Berea-Midpark will be playing at home against Brookside at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Berea-Midpark has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for North Ridgeville, they will head out on the road to face off against Nordonia at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
