Baseball Recap: Harding Takes a Loss

Harding was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 32-17 to the Highland Park Scots. The Knights were not able to make up for their defeat to the Scots from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Jaunathan Williamson was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Miguel Kirckof was another key player, going 1-for-4 with three runs.

Harding's record is now 2-4. As for Highland Park, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

While Harding had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
