Softball Recap: Pendleton County Takes a Loss

Pendleton County lost to Madison Central back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

Pendleton County now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Madison Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Pendleton County will challenge Ryle at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Wildcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Raiders have averaged an impressive 11.9 runs per game this season. As for Madison Central, they will head out on the road to challenge Estill County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
