Evansville Memorial picks up 13th straight win at home

Recap: Evansville Memorial Tigers vs. Vincennes Lincoln Alices

The Evansville Memorial Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 22 points or more this season. They really took it to Vincennes Lincoln for the full four quarters, racking up a 69-39 victory at home. The win was familiar territory for Evansville Memorial who now have four in a row.

Myla Browning was her usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with six assists and five rebounds. That's the first time this season that she scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophie Johnson, who scored 13 points.

Evansville Memorial's victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-1. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 23.46 points. As for Vincennes Lincoln, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-7.

Evansville Memorial will head out on the road to face off against North Central at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Vincennes Lincoln will be home for the holidays to greet Linton-Stockton at 7:30 p.m. on December 20th.
