Basketball Recap: Stuart Hall Takes a Loss

Stuart Hall suffered their closest defeat since December 6, 2023 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Terra Linda Trojans by a score of 47-44. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2023.

This is the second loss in a row for Stuart Hall and nudges their season record down to 9-6. As for Terra Linda, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stuart Hall will head out to square off against University at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. University knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight matchups -- so hopefully Stuart Hall likes a good challenge. As for Terra Linda, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Novato at 7:30 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
