Floyd Central barely beat Madison the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Highlanders put the hurt on the Cubs with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Highlanders in their matchups with the Cubs: they've now won six in a row.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12, 25-21.

Floyd Central's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Madison, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
