There's no place like home for Mt. Carmel, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They skirted past the Wayne City Indians 2-1. For the Golden Aces, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Indians walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Mt. Carmel who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 19-25, 25-22.
