Jasper waltzed into their matchup on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Pelham Panthers by a score of 10-6. For the Vikings, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Jasper got a big performance out of Ashlyn Tucker, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3. That's the most runs Tucker has posted since back in April of 2024. Emersyn Haney was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

Jasper was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Jasper now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Pelham, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Jasper will have a chance to go back-to-back against Pelham: the pair will be back at it again later today.
