Football Game Preview: Myers Park Mustangs vs. Hopewell Titans + How To Watch

Two dominant backs in Josh Falzarano Jr and Zac Jones are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Myers Park Mustangs will host the Hopewell Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Myers Park's defense has only allowed 9.5 points per game this season, so Hopewell's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Myers Park is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 58-0 win over Garinger. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Hopewell played a tough matchup last Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 46-20 to South Mecklenburg. The Titans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 25-0.

Although Hopewell took the loss, they still got scores from JT Williams, Jones, and Kayden Charity.

Myers Park's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Hopewell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.
