 Central can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Friday. They were the clear victor by  an  8-1 margin over the Clovis Cougars. The  victory was nothing new for Central as they're now sitting on three straight.
  Kaia Galaviz spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered one  run (which was  unearned)  on three hits.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Bella Palma, who  went 2-for-4 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Kamana Powell, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Central is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-6-1 record  this season. As for Clovis, they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 6-18-1.
 As of now, neither Central nor Clovis have any future games scheduled.
