Softball Recap: Nashoba Regional Comes Up Short

Nashoba Regional fell victim to Shepherd Hill Regional and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Rams, falling 12-0. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Wolves' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Nashoba Regional's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Shepherd Hill Regional, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Nashoba Regional will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Algonquin Regional at 4:00 p.m. on the 28th. As for Shepherd Hill Regional, they will challenge Oxford at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
