Football Recap: Palmer Takes a Loss

Palmer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 32-6 to the Greenfield Green Wave. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Green Wave apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Palmer's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Greenfield, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Palmer will face off against rival Athol at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Greenfield is set to square off against their familiar foe Franklin County Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
