Football Recap: Timpson Takes a Loss

Timpson easily dispatched Hemphill last Friday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Bears fell just short of the Shelbyville Dragons by a score of 17-14 on Thursday. The game marked the Bears' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Shelbyville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but John Hignight led the charge by rushing for 120 yards and one touchdown.

Timpson now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Shelbyville, their record is now 2-5.
