Softball Recap: Pacifica Takes a Loss

Pacifica lost against Ventura last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tritons fell 19-14 to the Cougars. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (ten), the Tritons still had to take the loss.

Pacifica's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Ventura, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pacifica is set to square off against their familiar foe San Marcos at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ventura will challenge rival Oxnard at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
